All returned items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN condition with ALL manufacturer documentation and packaging including: tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals. Free gifts (if any) are part of the transaction and have to be returned as well. Or, the free gift price will be deducted from the refund amount.
Be certain that if you intend to return the watch you do not wear it at all or remove any of the links, the micro scratches caused by casually wearing the watch or removing a link will lead to your return being refused and sent back to you at your expense.
